Craig Haller — Songwriter and Author in Nashville

Most of what I make starts small: a phrase, a melody, an image. From there it becomes a song, a piece of writing, or part of a larger concept. I live and work in Nashville, and this site gathers the projects I’ve put out into the world.

Three creative worlds.

It all comes from the same place

The Bonus Room

Strategy and consulting.

Alongside my creative work, I help businesses clarify their message, understand their audiences, and build systems that work. The same attention that guides my art shapes my approach to strategy. Simple, clear, and focused.

About Craig Haller.

Craig Haller is a songwriter and writer based in Nashville. His work sits in the indie folk and alternative space, shaped by language, atmosphere, and quiet experimentation.

He also writes essays and fragments that reflect the same interests: memory, attention, and the inner life.

He is the author of Useful Nothingness: A Working Theory of Being and the creator of a series of independent recordings that explore the relationship between song, sound, and meaning.

Across music, writing, and consulting, his focus is consistent: make work that holds up when you sit with it.

A writer, musician, and observer
of stray moments.
